ALAN H. ARONSON is a shareholder in the Florida law firm of Akerman Senterfitt, where he practices in the firm's Miami office. His practice areas include corporate law, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and finance. Mr. Aronson earned his B.A. degree from The State University of New York at Binghamton and his J.D. degree from Northwestern University. He is the current chair of the Business Law Committee of the Dade County Bar Association, and a former chair of the Corporations, Securities and Financial Services Committee of The Florida Bar's Business Law Section.
