CATHLEEN M. CUMMINGS is a Florida Registered Paralegal with High Stack Gordon. Her areas of specialization include personal injury, wrongful death litigation and medical malpractice. Ms. Cummings conducts medical research, legal and factual research, investigations and client interviews. She prepares pleadings, memoranda and briefs, witness lists and exhibits, trial notebooks, demand and settlement documents and deposition schedules and summaries. Ms. Cummings also coordinates and manages document production, locates and interviews witnesses and experts, organizes pleadings and trial exhibits, assists lawyers at trial, gathers and reviews medical records, maintains general client contract and handles all aspects of the case from initial contact to trial preparation and participation. She received her B.A. degree from the University of Central Florida. Ms. Cummings is a member of The Florida Bar (Florida Registered Paralegal), the Florida Justice Association (Paralegal Member), the National Association of Legal Assistants, the Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc. and the Brevard Paralegal Association.
